As personal friends of Bill and his first wife Charlotte going back more than 50 years, we want to express our sincerest sympathy to Bill's family for their loss. Be assured that our prayers will be for Bill and his family at this time of great loss in their lives. Unfortunately we were unable to attend Bill's funeral on March 1st, because we had to attend a funeral of a close relative on the same day. We have only found memories of Bill and Charlotte during those early years as young parents visting one another, going on trips with our young families, and most of all socializing. Always being the fun person that he was, it was privilege and pleasure to know and have Bill as a friend. God Bless Bill and may he rest in peace. Paul & Dolores Carbone
