I was so very, very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. My heart is broken. We had, unfortunately, lost touch, after I retired and moved to the Lake in New Hampshire - Bill and I go back to the late 80's, early 90's - he sponsored me into the Waltham Kiwanis Club - and from then on was my "mentor" - He pushed me on to become the "First Woman President" of the Waltham Club; and then onto being the "First Woman Lieutenant Governor of our District - none of which I could have accomplished without "Bill" - he got me involved in so very many community events, all which I enjoyed immensely, allowing me to meet so very many wonderful and dear friends. All of our time spent together will be cherished memories. He will live forever in my heart - never to be forgotten. My deepest condolences go to Cheryl and her children; and, to Kathy Jackson, with whom I shared many fun loving and memorable times with Bill. The City of Waltham, and beyond, has lost the most wonderful, kind, generous, and loving man, that there ever was. May you rest in God's loving peace forever, Bill.
