"Bill, You will be missed."

To the Walsh Family We haven't known Bill for as long as some people but he made us feel we had known him all our lives, he was that kind of a person. I met him through the Veterans office where I worked but got to know him better when my husband, Roy started to work at Brasco's. He had so much energy and such a love of life. I will always remember our fun times at the Legion on Sunday afternoons with plenty of jokes and laughter around the table. He was also a great dancer and I had the pleasure of doing a jitterbug with him, only I was the one who had to sit down first. When I retired from the Veterans office he asked me to join his Caroling group that went to nursing homes to entertain at Christmas, apparently he never heard me sing, but it didn't matter anyway because they just wanted to hear Bill play the piano and sing. You could see it in their faces that he brought them to another time and seeing their respone to him put me in the Christmas spirit. He certainly earned the title Mr. Waltham and he will be sorely missed. I only wish we could be there to pay our respects. Bill, we both will miss you but I will miss those great bear hugs. Proud to have had him as a friend. Mary Ellen and Roy Hill
