Of Waltham, passed away suddenly Sunday July 24th, 2016 at Emerson Hospital in Concord at the age of 66.
Born on July 11, 1950 in Waltham; beloved son of the late James and Grace (Pendry) Morrison, Lennie was a lifelong resident of Waltham and split time in Belize for the past 6 years.
A graduate of Waltham Vocational High School with the Class of 1969, Lennie was employed as a Tow Truck Driver with Ramsey’s Towing on Prospect Street in Waltham for years. He had a passion for rebuilding automobiles, and tinkering with anything mechanical.
Lennie had been a member of the East Boston Yacht Club and spent a lot of time socializing with friends at the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in Waltham.
He is survived by his beloved wife Marlin Abileni (Contreras) Morrison, his loving daughters Alexandra Morrison of Chicago, Illinois and Rossely Contreras of Belize. In addition he is survived by his dear cousins and many friends.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Saturday afternoon Aug. 13th from 2 – 3:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service celebrating Leonard’s Life at 3:30 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
