Of Roslindale formerly of Waltham passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 13, 2016, at her home. She was 47.
Born in Waltham, she was raised in Brighton, and lived in Waltham for many years before moving to Roslindale several years ago. She was a graduate of Saint Columbkille High School in Brighton. After high school, Dina attended Blaine Beauty School, became a hairdresser, and worked at Great Cuts in Waltham for several years. She also worked at the Chateau Restaurant in Waltham as a waitress for some time.
In her spare time, Dina enjoyed listening to music, dancing, rooting for the New England Patriots, but most of all being a mom to her cherished son Craig Marshall of Waltham.
Besides her son she is survived by her loving mother Donna Martin and her husband Robert of Newport, RI, her sister Sandra Beninati of Waltham, her brother Jim Beninati and his wife Lisa (Scafidi) of Nashua, her son's longtime girlfriend Elizabeth Arpino of Waltham, and her nieces Crystal, Alyssa, Angelina, and Selena Beninati and Gianna Forsyth. She is also survived by her grand niece Ayla Smerlas.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service in celebration of Dina's life at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., WALTHAM, Monday, May 23, at 7:00 p.m.. Visiting hours prior to the service from 4 - 7 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
