Obituary for Frances A Schneider (Hoy)

Of Framingham, passed away, Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. She was 86.

Born and raised in Brighton to the late Joseph and Mary Hoy, she lived in Newton and Framingham for many years.

Mrs. Schneider worked for New England Telephone as a telephone operator for over 40 years. After her retirement from the phone company she worked part time at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

She is survived by her loving son Kurt Schneider of Waltham and several nieces and nephews

She was the sister of the late Patricia Davies and Joseph Hoy.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service in celebration of Frances's life at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., WALTHAM, Wednesday, April 20, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mount Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 9 - 10 a.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
