Noogie!

I still remember as little girl watching you play softball with little Bernie and Aunt Sharon working the concession stand over at Waverly oaks in Waltham . I might have been a big little girl but you always treated me like "Tom boy." You used to pull the hair on the back of my neck and laugh about it , that or give me the five knuckles to my head and call it a noogie. As I grew up and got into ice hockey Uncle Roger and You let me play in a pick up league, and yet again you didn't care if I was a girl you always treated me like "one of the guys," but you always had my back . You came into my 3rd grade class and helped my dad build an iguana tank. I always knew who to call if someone was messaging with me, my cousin Dougie. I promise to teach Catherine to skate and play ice hockey that is a promise. I wish you truly knew how much you meant to so many people . I love you Dougie and I know your finally resting in peace .. Love always and forever your cousin .. Emily McDonald. Xoxoxo
