Of Framingham passed away peacefully February 25, 2015 at the Framingham Union Hospital. She was 72.
Born in Waltham she was Beloved daughter of Dorothy (Dolly) Flagg and the late John J Flagg of Newton.
She was the devoted mother of Jay MacInnis and his wife Steph of Deerfield NH, Craig MacInnis and his wife Jennifer of Mansfield, and Dawn Slade (MacInnis) and her husband David of Holliston, loving sister of Joan Brown (Flagg) and the late Douglas Brown of Danvers and Tante to their children Kristin Pittman and Kerri Sheybani of CA, and the proud Grammy to her most precious grandchildren Nicole Slade, Dylan Slade and Daniel Slade of Holliston and Tristan MacInnis and Lillian MacInnis of Mansfield.
Bonnie was raised in Newton and graduated from Newton High School. She was a proud home-maker for the benefit of her three children but later became a professional waitress at many well-known establishments in the Metrowest Area. This profession suited Bonnie perfectly as her warm welcoming smile made for many relaxing and enjoyable dinners for those blessed to have her at their service. Bonnie also had a flair for the creative and sold lovely ribbon adorned baskets at many juried craft shows throughout New England.
Her charm, warm smile, and sincere humor will be missed by friends and family alike even as we know she will be welcomed in the here-after by our gracious lord and savior and those who passed before her.
Her family wishes to thank the Doctors and Nurses at the Framingham Union Hospital ICU for their tireless efforts and love shown to Bonnie in her final days. We are also thankful for her friends at the Framingham Green for their friendship and support of Bonnie over the last few years. Bless you all.
