Of Waltham, passed away Wednesday December 24, 2014 with her loving family by her side at home in Miami Florida after a brief illness at the age of 84.

Born on June 4, 1930 in Port-au-Prince Haiti; beloved daughter of the late Reyes Sautier and Nelly Bode Sautier. Hilda was raised in Haiti and resided in Waltham for over 44 years. She was married to late Jean Joseph Milthiade Desrosiers. Hilda had nine children. She spent her final years in Miami, Florida with her family.
Hilda worked at Standard Thompson for many years and various other companies in the Waltham area.

Hilda was charitable in many different ways including opening her house to anyone in need and made them feel that they were part of her family. Hilda would do all she could to help her family and friends even strangers even if it meant she had nothing. She loved all of us unconditionally. She opened her heart to everyone and was loved by all. Hilda was an inspirational to everyone she met. Her goal in life was to see all her family happy and help each other. Her passion was spending time with her family and watching TV. Her favorite was food network. She loved doing puzzles and also loved to cook for her family. She was the best cook.
She met and made friends wherever she went, she was fun loving and outgoing. Her life revolved around her family but nothing was more important than her cherished sons, Jean Jean, Hubbie, Ernest and Gregory. She will be sorely missed by her family and very close friends, but will forever live in the hearts and minds of those she touched throughout her life.

Hilda is survived by her devoted & loving Sons Jean Joseph Desrosiers of Miami, FL, Hubner Desrosiers of Waltham, MA, Ernest Desrosiers of Miami FL, and Gregory Desrosiers of Worcester, MA, her dear and loving Daughters Ginette Cesar of Marlborough, MA, Danielle Cochrane of Bolton, MA, Dominique Odum of Rockledge, FL. and two deceased daughters Yanick Gourgue and Choucoune Desrosiers. Her two loving sisters Raymond Lespinasse of Miami and Marie-Ange Genece of Port St Lucie, FL. Deceased brothers Raoul Sautier and Max Sautier. In addition she is survived by 34 grand children and 20 great grand children and many nieces, nephews, and very close friends.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services from the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham on Wednesday morning Dec. 31th at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Feake Cemetery.
