Of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly early Monday morning June 5th, 2017 in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the age of 58.

Born on September 7, 1958 in Waltham; beloved daughter of Agnes (Gilbert) Lunerville of Waltham and the late Joseph E. Lunderville, Cathy was raised and lived most of her life in Waltham and for a short period of time in Brookline.

A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1976, Cathy was employed as a Branch Secretary for York Claims Service Incorporated in Braintree for many years.

Family was the central focus of her life; she devoted her time and energy to caring for her family especially her mom in these past few years. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed her trips to Las Vegas and loved her annual trips to the U.S. Open for the past 15 years.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years Robert F. Lane, her loving sons Robert F. Lane, Sean Lane and Joseph "Joey" Lane all of Waltham, her beloved mother Agnes (Gilbert) Lunderville of Waltham, and her dear siblings Edward Lunderville of Manchester, NH, Anne Decoteau and Raymond Lunderville both of Waltham. In addition she is survived by many nieces & nephews.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Catherine's Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Monday morning June 12th at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham. Visiting Hours will be held in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday from 3 - 7 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.

The Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels of WALTHAM will be assisting the Lane Family with arrangements.
