Bartolo J.  Cincotta
Of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday February 10th, 2016 at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge at the age of 72.

Born on October 31, 1943 in Waltham; beloved son of the late Joseph F. Cincotta and Mary R. (Montagna) Cincotta, Bart was raised, educated and had been a lifelong resident of Waltham.

A graduate of Waltham High School, Bart served proudly with the United States Marine Corps after graduation.

He was a dedicated employee of the City of Waltham Water Department for over 25 years.

Bart had a passion for riding his motorcycle, he had love for eating and dining out, he enjoyed going to the horse track, gambling, bowling and golfing. He truly loved being outdoors.

He was a past member of the Waltham Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1018.

Bart is survived by his devoted & loving siblings Frances Wheeler and her husband Jack of Waltham, Mary Bennett of Waltham, Diane Diminico and her husband Angelo of Woburn and Joseph Cincotta of Waltham, his cherished nieces & nephew Senta Buban and her husband Jason, Anthony Diminico, Dawn Bennett and her fiance’ Ryan Dilbarian, Gina Gillespie and her husband Bob, and Nick Diminico, and his adoring great nieces & nephew Britney Vazquez, Lea and Jason Lynch.

Loving brother of the late James “Jimmy” Cincotta.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services from the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Wednesday morning Feb. 17th at 9:00 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Bartolo’s Life at Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham at 10:00 a.m. Interment with United States Marine Military Honors will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham. Visiting Hours will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday Feb. 16th from 5 – 8 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
