Doug was a special guy. We all had a connection with him and were special to him in many ways. He endlessly told me of the love he had for you all Mother, Bernie and Anne as well as Sister in Law Jeannie and all the kids. His big smile is a permanent picture in our hearts. But know that his internal pain is no more and he is at peace. My heart weeps for you and I as well as my son Brian (LB) will miss him dearly. I pray that your pain will lessen as time passes.
