Of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Sunday April 19, 2015. She was 62.
Born and raised in Waltham to the late John P. and Anne (MacNeil) Kokidko, she was a lifelong resident of Waltham and a 1971 graduate of Waltham High School.
Ms. Kokidko was employed as a Sales Associate at Filene's in Burlington for 18 years.
Mary enjoyed sewing, watercolor painting and drawing and cooking, especially for Holidays. Apple crisp and apple pie were her specialities. Mary also enjoyed nature, gardening, and following the local sports teams, especially the New England Patriots.
She is survived by her loving siblings Sheila Kokidko and her husband William Scholz of New Jersey, Charlotte Pease and her husband John of Maine, Margaret MacPhee and her husband Gordon of Reading, John Kokidko of Virginia, and Richard Kokidko of Waltham, and her devoted niece Elizabeth MacPhee of Reading. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody St., WALTHAM, Monday from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral service will be held at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery. Parking attendants will be on duty.
