Of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly Friday December 12th, 2014 at his home at the age of 47.
Born on January 24, 1967 in Waltham; beloved son of Marie B. Wall and the late Ronald A. Biddy. Donnie lived most of his life in Waltham moving to Billerica for several years and has been a resident of Lowell for the past 5 years.
A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1985, Donnie worked as a Courier for most of his life.
Tall in stature with an athletic build, Donnie was the ultimate sports fanatic. He was passionate about playing baseball and following all the Boston sports teams. He played as a young boy little league and continued for years playing in several different adult baseball and softball leagues in Waltham. His passion didn’t stop at just playing sports but he was a huge fan of collecting sports memorabilia.
Donnie was a fun loving, outgoing, social guy who could light up a room of family and friends just by his presence.
He is survived by his cherished daughter Krista Marie McCarthy of Lowell, his beloved mother Marie B. Wall and her husband Jim of Merrimack, NH., his dear siblings Rhonda DuBois of Amherst, NH, Ronald L. Biddy of Waltham, Pamela J. Amico of Woburn and Tina M. Cerulo of Chelmsford, and his loving companion Corrie Stronach. In addition he is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews who he adored.
Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Donald’s Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Tuesday evening Dec. 16th at 7:00 p.m. Visiting Hours will be held prior to the service on Tuesday from 4 – 7:00 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
