Of Newtonville, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham. She was 81.
A lifelong Newton resident, Nancy was a graduate of Newton High School. She worked as a secretary for Shea Advertising for many years. She will be remembered as a loving and caring woman who especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Wallace Maloney of Newtonville, her devoted children Mike Maloney and his wife Lynette (Bison) of Norton, Michelle Tagarelis and her husband George of North Andover, Pamela Lyne and her husband Gerald of Attleboro, and Sandra Carter and her husband Roger of Westford, her siblings William Sullivan and his wife Amy of Texas, and Mary Sullivan of Maryland, her cherished grandchildren Ben, Lilly, Christopher, Danielle, Gerald, Bonnie, Mollie, Annie, Tracey, Michael Jr., and Jessica, and her great-grandchild Michael John. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, Friday, October 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, 311 River St., Waltham at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery Waltham. Parking attendants will be on duty.
