Of Bonita Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully July 10, 2014 in her residence at the age of 97.

Born on June 10, 1917 in Waltham, MA; daughter of the late Gennaro and Carmella (Roberta) Lombardi, Dot was raised in Waltham and lived for many years before moving to Bonita Springs and Naples, Florida in 1975.

She was a faithful parishioner of Saint Leo the Great Catholic Church.

Dot is survived by her two loving children Leonard R. O'Brien of Bonita Springs, Florida and Maureen MacEachern of Waltham, Massachusetts. In addition she is survived by two cherished grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Bob O'Brien in 2003, her daughter Patricia O' Chaffin in 2012; her sister Rose French and her brothers Nunzio, Samuel and Joseph Lombardi.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside Funeral Service in celebration of Antoinette's Life at Calvary Cemetery, 250 High Street, WALTHAM on Wednesday morning July 23rd at 9:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Dot's memory to Joanne's House at Hope Hospice, 27100 Imperial Pkwy., Bonita Springs, Florida 34135.

The Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels of WALTHAM assisted the family with arrangements.
